The Customer adheres to the Conditions of Sale and Conditions of Delivery of the Products as well as to the Legal Notices and Conditions of Use of the site www.filleaupluriel.fr governing the contractual relations between himself (natural person or legal person) and MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL, in particular on the occasion of the purchase of a Product by the Customer on the site www.filleaupluriel.frThe Customer of the site www.www.filleaupluriel.fr declares to be domiciled in France, to be able to contract under French law and, where applicable, to validly represent the person for whom he is committing.

Confirmation of the order
After having read the description of the various Products offered, their prices, the Conditions of Use, the Legal Notices, the Conditions of Sale and the Conditions of Delivery, the Customer selects the Product(s) he wishes to order as well as the method of delivery of the Products.By placing his order, the Customer acknowledges having read the special conditions of sale contained in the pages of the site www.filleaupluriel.fr which describe the Product (name, price, brand, weight, quantity, color, size, technical specifications and 'use, warranties, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservations.
At the time of validation of the order, the Customer will have the possibility:
- to modify their choices,

MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL reserves the right to validate the Customer's identity before delivering the Product to the Customer.
MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL reserves the right not to honor an order when the Customer who places it is the subject of an ongoing dispute for total or partial non-payment of a previous order with MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL.
Validity of the information provided
The Customer of the site www.filleaupluriel.fr undertakes to provide real, exact, up-to-date information at the time of their entry in the service registration form.In the opposite case, MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL declines all responsibility in the absence of delivery, total or partial, of the Products ordered by the Customer.
Price
The prices of the Products are indicated in euros HT (excluding tax). The VAT rate used for the calculation is indicated by the site www.filleaupluriel.fr at the time of validation of the order by the Customer.In the event of an order outside the European Union and overseas departments or territory, the price of the Product will be calculated excluding taxes. Any customs duty or other local tax that may apply to the Product will be borne by the Customer.
MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL reserves the right to modify the prices of its Products at any time according to the procedure described in “modifications to the General Conditions of Sale”. In any case, the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the price of the Products displayed at the time of Acceptance.
Payment and invoicing
Payment for the Products ordered is made by:
- Bank card (Visa or Mastercard)
The online payment service is secure but does not include any additional insurance policy, particularly in the event of theft of the customer's bank card.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the form for sending payment before any Acceptance.
In any case, MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL cannot be held responsible for problems or delays related to the operation of the payment procedures.
The sums paid as part of an online payment can in no way be qualified as a deposit or installment.
Modification of the general conditions of sale
MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL reserves the right to modify and supplement these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the scope of its service to the Customer of the site www.filleaupluriel.fr.These changes will come into force when they are posted on the www.filleaupluriel.fr website, it being understood that the price of the Product will in any case be that displayed at the time of Acceptance.
Delivery services
Subject to specific stipulation, and from the day the order is prepared, the material Products ordered will be delivered to the Delivery Territory. Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the Products as displayed on the pages of the site www.filleaupluriel.fr describing the Products. On the other hand, at the time of validation of the order, the price will include the costs relating to the delivery of the Products.When the Customer places a concurrent order for several Products and these have different delivery dates, the delivery date of the order will be based on the latest date for all the Products to be subject to a single delivery.
Confirmation of delivery date and delivery address
After validation of payment for the order with direct validation in the event of online payment, the Customer is notified by e-mail of the date of dispatch and/or delivery as well as the delivery address.The deadlines initially announced may exceptionally be delayed in the event of a shortage of stock.
In case of late shipment, an email will be sent by www.filleaupluriel.fr to the Customer.
In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event that the delay in delivery exceeds 7 days compared to the date initially planned, the Customer benefits from the possibility of canceling his order within 60 working days provided that the Product is returned complete and in its original condition to MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL.
Absence of any responsibility relating to the delivery in particular in the following cases
- Return of packages following an address error or an incomplete address. The package may be reshipped against payment of new postage.- Return of parcels following the non-recovery of the parcel within the time limits set with the services of the delivery service provider. A new package may be sent at the customer's request, subject to new invoicing at the customer's expense.
Complaints
The ownership of the material Products being transferred upon acceptance of the delivery, it is the Customer's responsibility to check the package upon receipt, to make any reservations and complaints that may appear justified with the delivery person and to indicate them on the delivery note attached to the package. . If the Products delivered do not conform in kind or in quality to the specifications indicated in the delivery note, the said reservations and complaints must then be sent to MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours of receipt of the Products, imperatively enclosing the package concerned. After this period, no complaint can be taken into account.In the event of the Customer's absence during the delivery person's visit, the Customer must refer to the conditions of each of the delivery service providers to find out what procedures to follow to recover your product.
Right to retract
In accordance with the legal provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer who is a consumer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the material Products, to exercise his right of withdrawal from MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL without having to give reasons, nor to pay a penalty.Regarding the material Products, the return costs will be borne by the Customer.
Concerning the material Products, the Products must be returned complete in a state allowing a new marketing. By way of exception, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for Products whose price depends on fluctuations in financial market rates, personalized Products, for Products which expire rapidly, for audio or video recordings and for computer software unsealed by the Customer, for newspapers, periodicals and magazines or for authorized betting or lottery services.
Autonomy of contract clauses
In the event that a clause of this contract is declared inapplicable or void, the other clauses continue to apply and the parties to the contract may proceed to its renegotiation in order to preserve the balance initially established.Applicable law – Attribution of jurisdiction
The Conditions of Sale of the site www.filleaupluriel.fr are governed, interpreted and applied under French law. The language of this contract is French and in the event of a multilingual translation, the French version of the contract will take precedence over the other versions.In the specific case of disputes between professionals and/or merchants, the Commercial Court of MONTPELLIER will have sole jurisdiction to hear any disputes relating to these Conditions of Sale, Conditions of Delivery and their implementation, in particular their validity, their interpretations, their executions, their terminations and their consequences.
