Once the order has been validated and paid for, it is no longer possible to modify it directly online. However, if your order has not yet been shipped and you need to make a change or cancel, contact us quickly, and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to change the delivery address. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the package is already in transit, it will unfortunately be too late. Remember to double-check your address before confirming ;-)

Is there a Fille au Pluriel store in France to buy your products?  

No, we don't have a physical store, everything happens online! But we do have a showroom in our warehouse. And if you're in the area, you can come and pick up your order on site. We'd be delighted to welcome you, because we always love meeting our customers! ?

I haven't received a confirmation for my order, has it been placed successfully?
