Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders over €250 excluding tax.



Payment and shipping

  • By credit card, Apple Pay, and Bancontact: Payment is immediate and the order is automatically validated.
  • By check:
    Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.

  • By bank transfer Bridge:
    Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment is received in our bank account.



Package transport and shipping

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment.

The standard shipping method is DPD Parcel - Delivery to the workplace, with signature upon receipt. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible.

Delivery methods in France:

  • DPD Classic: Delivery only to beauty institutes, salons, or spas (presence required upon delivery).
  • DPD Predict: Home delivery by appointment. The customer chooses the time slot that suits them. Parcel delivered against signature.
  • DPD Pickup: Delivery to Pickup collection points in France.
  • In-store pickup: Possibility to collect your parcel directly at the Fille au Pluriel company in Sète.

Delivery method in Belgium:

  • Delivery only to beauty institutes.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. To minimize these costs, we recommend grouping your purchases into a single order.
We cannot merge two separate orders: shipping costs will therefore be applied to each.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we take special care with fragile products.



Returns

The Customer has a right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the ordered product. During this period, they can return undamaged products in their original packaging with intact labels, without justification or penalty.

Return procedure

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Fille au Pluriel of their intention to withdraw in the following manner:

  • Contact customer service
    • Before initiating any return process, contact our customer service by email at contact@filleaupluriel.fr or by phone at 04 67 36 10 15 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm).
  • Prepare the product(s) for return
    • Ensure that the products are in good condition and ideally in their original packaging.
    • Carefully pack the items in a suitable box to avoid any damage during transport.
  • Include a copy of the purchase invoice
    • For quick processing of your return, please add a copy of your purchase invoice with the returned products.
  • Return shipping costs
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will therefore have to bear the shipping costs of the returned items.
  • Refund in the form of store credit
    • Once the product(s) are received and their condition verified, we will process the refund in the form of store credit on your customer account, corresponding to the amount paid during the initial purchase.
