The products offered are reserved for professionals in the aesthetics, beauty and wellness sector as well as for persons in training, professional retraining or business start-up projects in these fields.
Access to pricing and the ability to place orders are subject to the prior creation and validation of a customer account by MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL.
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Identification and account creation
To place an order, the customer must log in to the site using their email address and password.
Upon placing their first order, they will need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including:
- first and last name of the contact person,
- email address and telephone number,
- billing and delivery postal address,
- company identification number (for example: SIRET in France, NIF/CIF in Spain, intra-community VAT number or any equivalent professional identifier in the customer's country of establishment).
Exception – Professionals in the start-up phase
By way of exception, MSC Fille au Pluriel allows professionals in the process of setting up their business (for example, students nearing the end of their training or professionals awaiting registration) to create an account and place orders.
In such a case, the customer must provide specific supporting documents, such as:
- a certificate of enrollment or completion issued by a recognized training organization,
- or an official document proving the registration process is underway (e.g. declaration receipt, provisional certificate).
MSC Fille au Pluriel reserves the right to request any additional document, and to refuse or suspend an account if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent.
The opening and maintenance of the customer account are subject to the verification and validation of the supporting documents requested by MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL. The company reserves the right to request at any time any document enabling verification of the customer's eligibility to access the products and services offered on the Site.
3. Products and offers
Descriptions, visuals, samples and commercial documents are for informational purposes only.
Minor changes in formulation, design, packaging or presentation may occur without altering the essential quality of the products.
4. Orders and contract formation
After selecting products, the customer chooses their delivery method from the available options. Before confirming the order, they may check the details of their basket and correct any errors.
In the event of an obvious display error (price, stock, characteristics), MSC Fille au Pluriel reserves the right to cancel the order, after informing the customer and, where applicable, proceeding with a refund.
The order becomes firm and final only upon written confirmation by MSC Fille au Pluriel (email, invoice or any other equivalent document).
The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of prior non-payment, an existing dispute or a proven risk of payment default.
5. Prices and payment terms
Prices are quoted in euros, exclusive of tax and ex-warehouse.
Sales are reserved for professionals in the sector as well as for persons in training, professional retraining or business start-up projects previously validated by MSC FILLE AU PLURIEL. They are invoiced in accordance with applicable tax regulations:
- Customers established in France: VAT will be added where necessary in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Customers established within the European Union: invoiced exclusive of tax subject to the provision of a valid intra-community VAT number. Failing this, French VAT will be applied.
- Customers established outside the European Union: invoiced exclusive of tax, any import duties and taxes remaining the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for the validity and accuracy of their tax information (VAT number, legal identification).
Payment is due in full at the time of the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by MSC Fille au Pluriel.
Any late payment shall automatically and without prior notice give rise to late payment interest calculated at the applicable statutory rate, as well as a flat-rate recovery fee.
6. Delivery and transfer of risk
Delivery times are provided as an indication only. Possible delays do not give rise to any right of cancellation or compensation, unless expressly agreed.
The transfer of risk (loss, damage, theft) occurs upon handover of the products to the carrier or to the customer.
In the event of refusal or failure to take delivery, storage or re-delivery costs may be charged.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of the order. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address resulting in a return, the cost of re-shipment shall be borne by the customer.
7. Receipt and claims
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt.
Any claim relating to an apparent defect or non-conformity must be notified in writing within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt. After this period, the delivery is deemed to be compliant.
In the event of a hidden defect, the claim must be submitted without delay upon its discovery.
